Shipping & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products delivered, please let us know.

You have the possibility to exchange or return your products within 14 days after delivery. (Except items from our outlet section!!)


You must inform us of this by email info@miroirtienen.be or by whatsapp: +32 483 22 82 01 with your order number, the article you wish to return and the reason. (too small, not as expected, ....)

Items cannot be returned without notifying us.


"Pick up in store" orders: you will receive an email that your order is ready to be picked up. From that moment on, you have 2 weeks to cancel your order. (right of withdrawal). If you have not picked up your order within 2 weeks, you can no longer cancel, exchange or return the items.

If Miroir approves your request, it will send you instructions for returning the products by email.

Return the item but make sure that the products are well packed. You are not obliged to use the original packaging. It should also be sufficiently stamped and sent together with the invoice.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: if your order was shipped for free but you want to return the entire order. The full amount will be credited minus the shipping costs.


As a customer you must follow all return conditions and instructions of Miroir Tienen.

In any case, we will only accept returns if the product has not been worn or washed, or if the customer has not attempted to repair or modify the product in any way. Returned products will only be accepted if they are sent in their original, undamaged packaging and the labels are still attached to the products and if it concerns a complete product (for example, the two elements of a pair must be returned together). Exclusion is possible for products that are custom-made/ordered for the customer, items from our outlet corner and products that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as swimwear and underwear.

Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned goods are entirely at the expense of the customer. In no case will Mirroir reimburse the shipping costs of returned goods. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, Mirroir will refund the customer for the returned products within 14 days of receipt. In case of exchange, we will send you the new article.


For exchanges/returns outside the EU, always state return outside the packaging and mark the return box on your customs declaration form. This is to avoid import duties for Miroir on the returned products. Return or exchange packages without return notification and with customs costs will not be accepted and will not be paid by Miroir Tienen. All customs costs are for your own account.


For defective products, Miroir will refund the customer the full amount, including return shipping, as soon as possible after receiving the products and within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. Products are defective if they have been received in the wrong style or size - as a result of an error made by Miroir Tienen. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered defective. If a customer wishes to exchange a defective product instead of getting a refund, the customer should be aware that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective products. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping and returns.
